1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Course Cancellation by Cosmolingua: If a course is cancelled by Cosmolingua, you will be eligible for a full refund of the course fee.
- Course Withdrawal by Student: If you wish to withdraw from a course, you must notify us in writing via email at info@cosmolingua.in. The eligibility for a refund will depend on the timing of your withdrawal, as detailed below.
2. Refund Timeline
- Before Course Commencement: If you withdraw from a course at least 7 days before the course start date, you will be eligible for a full refund of the course fee.
- After Course Commencement: If you withdraw from a course within the first 7 days after the course start date, you will be eligible for a partial refund of 50% of the course fee.
No refunds will be issued for withdrawals made more than 7 days after the course start date.
3. Special Circumstances
Refund requests due to special circumstances, such as medical emergencies or other unforeseen events, will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at info@cosmolingua.in with supporting documentation for such requests.
4. Refund Process
- Request Submission: To request a refund, please send an email to info@cosmolingua.in with your full name, course name, and reason for the refund request.
- Processing Time: Refund requests will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your request. You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. If the original payment method is not available, we will work with you to arrange an alternative method.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Course materials and textbooks that have been used or damaged.
- Administrative fees, if applicable.
